Bradley Lawrence specializes in private money real estate debt and equity advisory and placement.

He has never closed a bank loan, nor any residential owner-occupied loan.

He only arranges commercial/investment private money.

Bradley graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, a Minor in Finance, and secondary areas in Communications and Logistics.

After graduation, Bradley worked in corporate sales for the Sherwin Williams Company, where he rose to number one in sales nationally.

After 5 years in corporate sales, Bradley moved into commercial real estate.

At a young age, he had helped his father remodel investment rental houses and small commercial properties, and build a family home in Oregon’s Coast Range Mountains.

As an adult, he rehabbed investment SFR projects in Oregon and Washington, built new homes, and built and sold a small construction specialty business based in Vancouver, Washington.

Bradley also managed several new high end SFR projects, including a large custom home in Salem, Oregon which was featured on the cover of Northwest home magazines.

In 2001 Bradley joined a private mortgage investment bank in Lake Oswego, Oregon where he was responsible for loan origination, underwriting, investment fund sales, and investor relations.

In 2002 he left the firm to start his own debt and equity advisory business.

Bradley Lawrence Private Capital has provided sourcing, structuring, underwriting and funding of private money real estate loans and equity investments exclusively, since 2002.

BLPC has structured over $350,000,000 in private commercial real estate debt and equity commitments and closings.

We also offer capital advisory and commercial real estate portfolio financial structuring and forecasting.

In addition, we teach first time and less experienced private real estate lenders to price, underwrite, document, close and service private money real estate loans and equity investments.

In his free time, Bradley and his wife enjoy local, national and international travel.

They have now been to over 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
